1. Eligibility & Account
You must be 13 or older to play. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this minimum age. One person, one account; account-sharing is at your own risk and lost items are not refunded.
2. Conduct
By using Juniper, you agree to follow our Server Rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion when those rules are broken.
3. Virtual Items & Currency
All in-game items, gold, ranks, cosmetics, and account progress are licensed to you for use within Juniper, not sold. They have no monetary value outside the server. Selling or buying these items for real currency outside of our official store is forbidden and is grounds for permanent ban.
4. Purchases & Refunds
Purchases through our official store deliver perks within Juniper. Refunds are available within 14 days for items that have not been used or consumed, processed via the billing form. Chargebacks bypass this process and result in account termination plus removal of all purchased perks.
5. No Affiliation with Jagex
Juniper is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Limited or any of its subsidiaries. RuneScape and OldSchool RuneScape are trademarks of Jagex. We make no claim to those trademarks.
6. Intellectual Property
The Juniper brand, logo, custom content, server software, and website are the property of the Juniper team. User-generated content (screenshots, forum posts, Discord messages) remains owned by the user but is licensed to us non-exclusively for use within our platforms.
7. Service Availability
The server is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in news and Discord.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the Rules. You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Security → Delete Account.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juniper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of in-game items, progression, or virtual currency.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes are announced in news. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
