How fast does my purchase deliver?
Ranks and bonds are credited automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Cosmetics show up in your wardrobe on next login.
What do bonds give me?
Bonds give in-game donator-store tokens — 100 tokens per $10. They don't count toward your donator rank.
Can I gift purchases?
Yes. At checkout, set "Recipient" to the username receiving the items. They'll get an in-game message when it lands.
What if my purchase doesn't arrive?
Open a billing ticket with your invoice ID (visible in Dashboard → Store). Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Are there refunds?
Yes, within 14 days, for items that have not been used or consumed. Cosmetics are refundable until first equip. Bonds are refundable until first redemption. Ranks are refundable within 14 days minus any applied perks.
Are donations tax-deductible?
No. Juniper is not a charity — purchases are for in-game items and perks.
