How do I download and run the client?
Visit the Download page, grab the JAR, and double-click it. Java 17+ is required. Full setup walkthrough is on that page.
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot Password flow. If your registered email no longer works, file an Account Recovery ticket below with proof of ownership (transaction IDs, original email, etc.).
I was banned and I think it's wrong
File a Ban Appeal below. Appeals take 24-72h. Do not create alts to play through a ban — that converts a fixed ban into a permanent one.
I bought something and didn't receive it
99% of purchases auto-deliver within 60 seconds. If yours didn't, check Dashboard → Store → Purchase History first. If status is "Completed" and you still don't have the item, file a Billing ticket with your invoice ID.
I think I found a bug
Report it via the Bug Report form. Include reproduction steps, screenshots, and your character name. Verified bug reports earn 50 vote points.
How do I link my Discord?
In-game, type
::link and follow the prompts. The bot DMs you a one-time code that confirms ownership.Can I change my username?
No, usernames are permanent. Display names (visible in chat) are not yet available; on the Q3 roadmap.
Server is offline / I can't connect
Check #announcements in Discord first — most outages are announced there. If nothing posted, run a traceroute to
