How fast does my purchase deliver?
Ranks and bonds are credited automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Cosmetics show up in your wardrobe on next login.
What do bonds give me?
Bonds give in-game donator-store tokens — 100 tokens per $10. Bonds bought with real money also count toward your donator-rank total, so they can raise your rank and perks; the one-time welcome package only comes with a rank purchase.
Can I gift purchases?
Yes. At checkout, set "Recipient" to the username receiving the items. They'll get an in-game message when it lands.
What if my purchase doesn't arrive?
Open a billing ticket with your invoice ID (visible in Dashboard → Store). Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
